I've said it before, and I'll say it again, Mr. Milsap sure knows how to throw a party. Mr. Milsap is our health and fitness teacher extraordinaire. He helps run our elementary school's biggest fundraiser of the year--the jogathon. He picks the music; he does the announcements; he sets the tone. He makes everyone want to do their very best. Including me.

So, I was out there once again being the mascot in full bee regalia. I had the bee suit, bee make up, bee stockings, and a fan/squirt bottle. That made me extremely popular. I think I sprayed all 400 kids. I love all the different roles I have at the school--mom, classroom reader, poetry teacher, and bee. I am part of the community.
