It's going great. No one has had a temper tantrum. No one has thrown a fit when asked to clear their dishes from the table. No one has complained about being bored. No has complained about the dozen things I have planned for the next two weeks. In fact, there have been cheers for strawberry picking. I have had time to exercise, nap, and write poetry. I spent 1.5 hours snuggling with Rose on the couch and going through the portfolio she made of her year at school. She even managed to make jokes about her tendency to worry. I'm sure there will be transition problems, but even one day without them helps build my strength.
