Words David has asked me to define recently:

cleaver--It's a character in one of his Star Wars books. Then we had a conversation about how the word cleave means its opposite as well. And Rose proposed whole/hole which, while spelled differently operates in that same magical way.

eternal vigilance--Star Wars again. I guess they have a lot to watch out for.

full count--We took the kids to their first professional baseball game.

double gin--Not my fault. Please blame Mr. Wonka who referred to a woman stepping out for a double gin. I gave the denotation, not the connotation.
