2014-10-12 11:10 PM John's birthday party Previous Entry :: Next Entry Read/Post Comments (1) I won't announce John's age to the entire internet, but suffice is to say, it's a birthday worth celebrating. We decided to piggyback his party onto a dance already happening at Left Foot Boogie at the Bothell Sons of Norway. We had twenty-five of our friends come for a pre-dance reception, and then John and I taught a dance lesson for the over 150 people who were there. Really, the place was crazy packed. Then we all danced to the Wired Blues Band.
We had a good time. The kids were great greeting people. David put himself in charge of directing parking. John made his out of this world brownies which everyone raved over. I danced all night long. My only regret is the venue was so huge that I often lost track of our guests, and I didn't get to dance with the kids as much as I wanted because I sent them home with my mom. We are already planning our next home dance party. Read/Post Comments (1) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
