Top three highlights from last night:

3. Meeting one of the band members from the Old School reception, by coincidence, and singing "Fuckin' every now and then I fall apart, and I need you now tonight - I fuckin' need you more than ever" with the guy.

2. Watching a U.S. Congressman attempt to do the limbo.

1. Hearing an elderly woman tell my mom that she looked just like Laura Bush.

(Mom's condition has stabilized, and the doctors tell us she's gradually coming out of shock. We're just relieved she's gonna pull through...)
