That's right, Woodward and her trusty sidekick Dickstein ripped the lid off it this week, and there's more to come starting Sunday.
Goodbye Woodstein, hello Wood-dick. From today's front-page local section in Seattle, the latest on a local scuffle with Enron, being played out in the energy bill markup this weekend. Not a bad week for a pissant grad student. (Someone please remind me about this in five months, when I'm eating Lucky Charms at 2pm and watching daytime soaps.) And of what I've heard, certain Texas politicians who golf with local oil execs are not happy we're covering this. I believe one of their names is "Tom," and he is from Sugarland, Tex. It's been a rough couple of weeks ("please speak into my left ear..."), but that thought makes me smile... Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go learn how to sign "Give me a Sam Adams, please."
