So, once again, I find it has been a long time since I've made time to update this journal.

I'm spending more time working, drinking, napping, making friends, and learning skills that involve my physical body (both at work, and in aikido), and a great deal less time thinking, than at any point I recall in my life to date. It's relaxing.

I've just been courteously informed that the library (where I am currently online) is closing in about 10 minutes.

Since I have been in touch with a few friends & family members personally, I'd like to propose a novelty approach.

If I've written you a letter, or spoken to you, since the last entry in this journal, would you be willing to share with the group? Post a comment including a quote from something I wrote, or told, to you?

If I have been regretably silent in your direction, I apologise. Many more of you are in my thoughts than I ever remember to write. So you get the even-more-fun version of the assignment: invent something I might have been doing from whole cloth (your imagination) and post away. It's up to you whether to aim for plausible, or incredible, alternatives.

We'll all look forward to finding out what I've been up to.
