2002-04-08 9:24 AM Monday Mornings Bite Ass Previous Entry :: Next Entry Mood: Annoyed Okay, so this entry is going to start off with some bitching about various things and then go into some other stuff. I'll warn you when the bitching starts and stops so you can skip it if you want to.
Bitching mode on: What the hell is wrong with the 101 freeway? Is it cursed? Is it Satan's toilet??? Why do I have to be on it every freakin' time something happens to make traffic stop? Or does traffic never fucking move on it? Was driving to school this morning. Traffic was dead stopped. Again. Yet another truck overturned right before my exit. Why is there always something going on right before the Los Virgines exit? I swear, at least once a week the right two lanes are closed for something. And it backs traffic up all the way to Studio City, where I get on the freeway. Thank God for Howard Stern. Listening to his show this morning is the only thing that kept me sane on my way here. I guess it also doesn't help that I am in extreme pain right now as well. I just want to be in bed with a heating pad. I'm not going to go into the scary details, but I have really bad cramps. On the bright side, I'm not pregnant. I hurt bad. Bitching mode off. Went to see Resident Evil yesterday with Rob. Not a bad movie. I've never played the video game, but it was fun zombie flick. Went into it not really knowing what to expect and came out of it happily surprised. It was cheesy as hell, but most zombie movies are. What really surprised me recently was a film called Ginger Snaps. Rob and I saw it at Blockbuster and decided to rent it cause we were in the mood for a bad B film. It's a werewolf movie. What we thought would be a very bad B film, turned out to be fairly decent. Even geeked out and bought the DVD last night while at CityWalk. Today is Rob's b-day. So, if you're reading this today (April 8), click on my link to his journal. There you can find a link to his e-mail address. Drop him a line and wish him a happy b-day. He's 27 and stuck at work all day. Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
