Today was very, very fun. I got up at 7am (okay, maybe the getting up early thing wasn't so fun) and took off for Lisa's place around 8:30am. She and I then drove up to Solvang so that she could get her dog. Her Mom, one of her Mom's friends, and Jamie (her dog) met us at her Aunt's place (an apple orchard - how cool is that) up in Solvang.

I've never been up that way before, but I'm glad I went. It is so beautiful up there! Rob and I /have/ to go there one weekend and check the little town out. Seems like it would be nice and peaceful to spend a day or two there. I tried to get reservations for sometime this weekend, but everything out there was already booked up.

Anyway, back to my day. All of us girls (Lisa, her Mom, her Mom's friend, her Aunt, and myself) went out to lunch at a really pretty (and very tasty) restaurant. It was nice hanging out with them. I got along with all of them and Lisa's Mom is very cool. She and my Mom should hang some time. I think they would get along very well.

Lisa and I then took Jamie and headed back to Lisa's place. Rob came up to Lisa's after work and we all ordered pizza and hung out. Also made a quick run to Target around 9:00pm. I got some bathroom stuff I needed (toothpaste and the like) and some lounge pants. Very cozy and not too badly priced either. Rob and I then headed home because we're both pretty wiped. Okay, off to bed with me now.
