Mood:
Contemplative

What's on your bedside table?

On top of it is an alarm clock, a phone, a caller ID box, a box of tissues, a fish plate, and the latest book I'm reading (currently Xone of Contention by Piers Anthony). In the drawer is a gel eye mask (de-puffs eyes), a gel face mask (helps with headaches), condoms, and KY.

What's the geekiest part of your music collection?

I have a Michael Jackson greatest hits album.

What do you eat when you raid the fridge at night?

I can't eat anything in the middle of the night if I'm planning on going back to sleep because of my acid reflux. So, when I go to the fridge at night it's usually for a glass of milk, which is the only thing I can drink that won't give me reflux.

What is your secret guaranteed weeping film?

I have three. Out of all the times I've seen them, I haven't been able to hold back the tears. They would be (in no particular order):
"Somewhere In Time"
"City of Angels"
"The Fox and the Hound"

If you could have plastic surgery, what would you have done?

Stomach stapeling and a breast reduction.

Do you have a completely irrational fear?

I think my fear of spiders is perfectly rational given the fact that there are some poisonous ones out there that can kill you.

What is the little physical habit that gives away your insecure moments?

I never knew this until Rob told me about it - but apparently I look down, stop making eye contact, and let my hair fall down over my face.

Do you ever have to beg?

Depends what it's for. If there's something I really want, I might. But usually my "begging" is in more of a joking manner.
Hrm, I do beg Amber to take her damn pill at night without biting and scratching Rob and I too much.

Do you have too many love interests?

Nope, just one amazing one.

Do you know anyone famous?

I've met many famous people because I used to work for Paramount Pictures. I also had lunch with Lara Flynn Boyle, Adam Rifkin, and Ed Furlong back in college for a high school alumni meeting. But I'm not close friends with any famous people.

Describe your bed.

As of this moment it's a full size bed with a plain metal frame. No headboard or footboard. It has maroon sheets and a patchwork quilt on it.
As of this Saturday it will be a king size bed with a dark wooden sleigh bed frame. Dark gold sheets, patchwork quilt, and lots of throw pillows on it.

Spontaneous or plan?

Plans. With the way my schedule is in law school, I just can't do spontaneous.

Who should play you in a movie about your life?

Um, I really don't know. I don't think any celebrities look like me.

Do you know how to play poker?

Kind of. Rob taught me a few months ago, but I'm still pretty shaky at it.

What do you carry with you at all times?

My purse. And some of the things that are always in it are my wallet, my card case, my cell phone, my asthma inhaler, and my keys. Other items come and go.

How do you drive?

Pretty okay. No one's ever said I sucked, but no one's ever said I was great either. And after my run-in with the dumpster I know that I can't drive and do anything else (like talk) or I'll get too distracted. I guess I'm kind of a typical California driver.

What do you miss most about being little?

Being carefree. Not having to worry about anything other than a small amount of homework. My parents took care of me and all I had to do was go to school.

Are you happy with your given name?

Nope. Jennifer is way to common of a name. And Jennifer Bollinger just has way to may syllables in it.

How much money would it take to get you to give up the Internet for a year?

A lot. Probably more than most people because it's my only way of communicating to the outside world when I'm at school. Maybe 5 million - tax free.

What colour is your bedroom?

The walls are white. I have no choice in the matter because that's what the apartment painted them and we're not allowed to re-paint them. *grumbles*

What was the last song you were listening to?

I don't remember the particular song, but it was something off of the "Pure Moods" album in my car last night.

Have you ever been in a school play?

I was a theatre major at an arts high school. I've been in many a play. The best (and most fun) would probably be "Execution of Justice". I also wrote some plays that the school put on and directed some plays that the school put on.

Who are your best friends?

In no particular order: Rob, Lisa, Berek, and Mindy.

Have you ever been in love?

Only once. And luckily we're getting married.

Do you like yourself and believe in yourself?

I don't really like myself much. There's so much I want to change about myself. Plus I think I'm just physically repulsive. I believe in myself more now that I'm making it through something as tough as law school, but I still don't fully believe in myself and don't think I'll be able to get a job after law school.

Have you ever done any illegal drugs?

I plead the fifth.

Do you think you're cute?

Nope.

Do you consider yourself to be a nice person?

I try to be.

Do you spend more time with your girlfriend, boyfriend, or your friends?

I spend the most time with my fiance.
