Today has been less than steller. I don't have any classes, which is a good thing because I need the time to work. And even with today off I still don't know if I have the time to get everything done without massive amounts of sleep depravation.

I have three classes tomorrow and have a lot of reading to get done for all of them. And if that wasn't enough, I also have to go over all of the material for the case that I'll be presenting on Monday. I want to have read and highlighted all the material and have an idea of how to proceed by tomorrow. That way I can try and meet with my Prof. and get his ideas on what I want to do. Then, this weekend I'll have to write out the closing argument, memorize it, write out my rebuttal for after the defense gives their closing argument, memorize that as well, and work on some sort of visual aid. The case is about an act of negligence (a woman got hit by a truck) and I'm on the Plaintiff's side (the husband of the dead woman). Not a boring case, but not a criminal case either. *le sigh* I hate civil cases where people are only suing for money. Criminal cases are much more interesting.
