If I didn't know any better, I'd think I was narceleptic. Seriously, it's another day of not being able to even keep my eyes open. I'm in the school's computer lab and keep nodding off. Looks like it's another wonderful day of Red Bull and No Doz in order to keep me barely functioning in my classes. Normally I would complain that today was my long day, but today I'm too tired to care.

Yesterday was a nightmare. I had to deal with my Trial Practice class being over 6 hours long. Ugh! I did everything I could to stay awake during the first trial. It wasn't boring or anything, I was just half dead. And in the second trial I played the defendant and got to go on the witness stand and everything. It would have been fun if I would have been awake and if the class wouldn't have been 6 hours long.

Next week we have another 6 hour long class. 2 more final trials, the second of which is mine. Time is running out boys and girls, if you want to see me in a full on trial then drop me a line and I'll give you details. I'd love to have friends there. And Rob is playing my plantiff!

This morning I registered for the Spring semester classes. So I now know what my final semester of law school will look like (hopefully). I need 10 units to graduate and have registered for 11. However, I need to see the Academic Dean (Cupp - who was also my first year Torts Professor) to get approval to take under 12 units. I so hope he's cool with it. There's no way I could deal with 6 classes - especially while looking for work. So, if all goes well I'll be taking: 1. Constitutional Law (Federal/State) 2. Remedies 3. Insurance Law 4. Law of Cyberspace 5. Toxic Torts

Well, I'm off to go submit the paperwork to the Dean and to drown myself in liquid caffeine.
