Last night Rob and I headed out once he got home from work. We went over to the big AMC theatres in Burbank and saw a showing of Scary Movie 3. I had never seen the first two, but I had heard good things about this one and was willing to see it. Rob has seen the first two and he said that they were pretty good. It was decent for a spoof style movie. I didn't think it was anything spectacular, but it wasn't crap. The only problem with the night was that I didn't bring a jacket along. I thought I would be fine because we would be inside most of the time, but apparantly movie theatres keep the air conditioning on even when it's cold outside. So, I was kind of cold during the film.

After the movie Rob and I headed home and ordered a late dinner of Chinese food. When we got home I also found out that a jacket that I had ordered had arrived for me. It's a magenta leather jacket - very cool looking. I had the option of returning it and so I checked it out immediatly. The color isn't as vibrant as I would have wanted (I was looking for something fun and pretty out there), but the cut of the jacket more than made up for it. It fit perfectly and the cut and style look really good on me. So, that's definitely a keeper. Scary thing is that I found it through the Shop NBC website. I wanted to find a jacket in my size in a funky color and they had one. I take back every thing I said to my Mom when I teased her about getting stuff from them.

Today I woke up pretty late. I forgot to set my alarm last night and I slept in a lot later than I had wanted to. I guess that was a good thing though because I woke up feeling not so good. I'm hoping that my feeling like crap will pass soon. I don't want to be getting seriously sick. Please let this be a 24 hour bug.

Tonight Rob and I are probably just going to stay in and watch some TV (Smallville and Angel are on). That way I can chill out around here and hopefully feel better ASAP. We're also thinking of doing an overhaul on our bed and putting on the cold weather sheets and blankets. That's about all that's going on around here. Hopefully my life and the job hunt will perk up once I get my bar results. That is, if I even pass. Ugh, I don't want to get into my feelings on that right now.
