2003-12-11 3:38 PM Three Years With My True Love Previous Entry :: Next Entry Mood: Wanting Something To Do Read/Post Comments (0) As of yesterday (the 10th), Rob and I have been together for three years. We began dating on December 10, 2000. We don't really do much to celebrate our dating anniversaries now that we're married, but we also had our 9 month married anniversary on Monday (the 8th). It's hard to believe that in less than three months we will have been married for a year. It really doesn't seem that long since our wedding. Yesterday I spent the day around the house and then Rob and I went out at night after he got home from work. We decided to head to the Media City Center in Burbank and see Timeline. Once we got there we bought our tickets and then grabbed dinner in the food court. After dinner we looked around the mall for awhile and then headed into the theatre. Timeline was really good. If you like the medieval era I recommend seeing it. Rob and I weren't expecting much (the reviews weren't too good), but we both really liked it. This is one I'll probably want to see again when it comes out on DVD. After the movie the mall was still open (yay holiday hours) and so I made a quick run into Payless for some cheap shoes to take out with me when I go to visit my Mom and the end of the month. I don't want to bring my normal shoes with me because if it snows I don't want to have to worry about ruining them. But, I don't care if a pair from Payless doesn't last me too long. They're cute, they're comfy, and they're cheap. So they should work well for a trip to Illinois. After that we headed out of the mall. We made a stop at the drug store on the way home because I needed some meds. When we were done with the drug store we headed home. When we got back home we found out that one of the things Rob had gotten me for Xmas had arrived. It was a bracelet and we weren't sure if it would fit or not so he had me try it on. It's a gorgeous bracelet, however, it's very tight on me. It does close, but it's super tight. So, unfortunately, it looks like we will probably need to return it. And that also means that I'll have to find something else for him to get me. Blah. I liked that bracelet. Not much is going on today. The job hunt is pretty much dead until January. There's not much to do during the days because no one seems to be available to hang (everyone I'm close to has work or school). So, I just do crap on the computer and watch TV. Hopefully things will pick up for me job wise sometime in January, because things right now are super boring. I can't wait until Rob and I head out to my Mom's place. I've been looking forward to that all year! ----------
