On the health front:
I'm feeling a bit better, which is a very good thing. I'm still super tired and having problems staying awake for long periods of time, but I'm less dizzy and a lot stronger. The dizziness is still there, but it's not nearly as bad as it was before, and it's not bad enough to make me nauseous anymore. My strength also seems to be coming back at a decent pace. It would seem as if this was a rather bad bout of anemia. We'll see how I do over the weekend and if I'm not still improving on Monday I'll give my doctor a call.
On the job front:
More rejection letters came in this week and more resumes went out this week. Still no phone calls from any firms and no interviews. My Mom is trying a connection she has in Chicago. I e-mailed him my resume today and we'll see what comes of it. He told her that he couldn't promise anything, but he would at least get my resume seen by the LA branch of his firm. So far, nothing has panned out. Both contacts and job postings have been a total bust.
In general:
Tonight is D&D, which should be fun. It means I'll get some social contact without having to worry about being too tired to do anything much. I can game while sleepy.
No major plans for this weekend as of yet. Rob and I are just going to wing it and see how I'm feeling and what we're in the mood to do.
Hopefully sometime next week I'll get in a girlie day with Shannon, if I'm feeling better. Need to be a bit better to be able to think coherently and stay awake for a decent part of the day.
Depending on the weather, I might be hitting the Ren Faire on the 23rd. Woo-hoo!
Rob is an incredible husband and has been amazing to me while I'm sick. He's been very understanding and has helped me through this rather bad anemic bout. I really don't know what I would do without him.
