Last night Rob and I headed over to the mall in Sherman Oaks. There were a bunch of things I needed to get done. Some I was able to do, others I'll have to go back for.

Our first stop was at the Limited Too to check out Neopets merchandise. Then we made a quick stop in Sephora so that I could pick up a new tube of lipstick that had recently run out. Then it was on to Lenscrafters so that I could get the nose pads on my glasses tightened up a bit. They were set too wide and were sitting so far back on my nose that they were touching my face. It only took the person a few minutes to make it so that the pads were closer together. Unlike the one in Glendale, the Lenscrafters in Sherman Oaks has their shit together and has competent people working there.

After getting my glasses fixed up we stopped at the food court and grabbed some Panda Express for dinner. Then we went to Lane Bryant so that I could check out some suits. Right now, I only have three suits and if I get a job soon that's not enough for even one week of work. Lane Bryant is the only place I can find suits in my size, and they rarely have them in. So, now that they do, I wanted to get a few more. Unfortunately, they seem to no longer carry suit pants in a petite. So I held off on getting any because I needed to make sure there was a way to shorten the pants if I invested in a number of suits. Luckily, when I spoke to my Mom on the phone later in the night, she said she knows how to hem up suit pants. So, sometime soon I'll be heading back to Lane Bryant, getting some suits, and having her work on the pants. I can always mail them out to her or have her work on them when and if she comes out here in November to help Rob purchase a car. I did manage to find a pair of jeans that fit when I was there. They're too long, but I can just cut the bottom off as usual.

After Lane Bryant we headed out of the mall. We stopped off at the Boba Bar and then headed home. At home we relaxed, watched the news and a bit of Adult Swim, played some D&D minis, and then went to bed.
