Aargh!!!!! Tax season is supposed to be over and done with. I did my taxes, mailed them out before they were due, and thought I didn't have to worry about them again until next year. I was wrong.

As you might already know, I have a tax attorney do my taxes for me and I send him all of the paperwork I have. Because I also work for my Dad on the side, my Dad also has the responsibility of sending things to my tax attorney. How freakin' hard is it to send in a W-2 form BEFORE the end of September? Seriously??? Yesterday in the mail I got my amended tax forms. My Dad just sent in the W-2s to my tax attorney. They were due pre-tax time and my tax attorney gets them now. Thanks Dad. Very responsible of you. So, last night Rob and I got to amend our entire returns (no wonder we got a nice chunk of money back) and we now owe. This is so unbelievably frustrating. I love my Dad, I really do, and he and my Mom do a lot for me, espeically while I'm job hunting. But he just frustrates me so much sometimes. If he just would have sent the W-2 form in on time, I now wouldn't have to be worrying about amending my taxes and owing the government money. He also keeps saying he'll try and help me in the job hunt (he's an attorney with his own firm), but so far he's done nothing that I know of to give me a hand.

Gah. I freakin' hate taxes!!!
