2004-10-07 4:34 PM The Cats Are Trying To Lick Me Previous Entry :: Next Entry Mood: Pissed at Neopets. Read/Post Comments (3) Last night Rob and I headed to our usual nail salon to get pedicures. Rob got an extra long foot rub and a neck rub as well. He was happy because they also cut his toe hair. I got an extra long foot rub and my nails painted a really cool Halloweenish color. It's super dark purple. In bright lights, it looks DARK purple. Any other time it looks black. I love it. If I end up getting another pedi before Halloween I'm thinking of going with black polish and orange tips. A Halloween french pedicure. I doubt I'll need another pedi until early November, but it's a thought. When we got home we ordered in dinner from Miceli's and chilled out around the house. And now, a rant. The following rant is Neopets related, so if you don't give a crap about Neopets feel free to skip the next paragraph. What the hell is going on with that site? I made a Meepit Guild about two months ago. There are people I know in real life in it and some friends that I made through Neopets. Like every other Guild on the site, I was having contests and was gearing up to have a raffle. I read through all of their rules and never saw any place (including under the Guild FAQ) that said you could not have raffles, contests, or giveaways. Then, last night, I got a warning saying that if I kept having those on the Guild that my account would be frozen. I sent them a message asking what was going on and they said that no contests, giveaways, or raffles were allowed (but never directed me to anywhere that stated this in their rules). What the fuck? Every other Guild I have seen has these. Why can't ours? They claim that all contests and raffles are scams, but mine aren't and I think the members of the Guild would be willing to tell the Neopets Team this. Gah. Not sure what I'm going to do with the Guild now. This site is starting to get on my nerves. If it keeps doing so I might stop playing. Okay, Neopets rant over with. Today I tried out those Creamy (Dessert) body products that I got at Sephora. I used the scrub in the shower, then put the lotion all over my body, and topped it off with the body spray. I'll put the perfume on right when Rob gets home. The up side to all of this is that I smell incredible. I also taste good as well (I now taste like a vanilla/caramel cake batter). Rob's going to love it. The down side, is that I forgot that the cats like cake batter. They're chasing me around the house and trying to lick me. It's really rather disturbing. ----------
