Rob and I woke up early this morning and headed out to our hair appointments in Montclair. He drove (and he did an excellent job of it too). Rob got his hair cut, which is a good thing because he started resembling a Chia Pet. I got my hair dyed. Same color as before - medium golden blonde, but I also had a few highlights put in. Just a few right by my face - a very light blonde. It looks incredible. Once again, I'm very pleased with my stylist (Margie) and my salon (Gebhart). I would highly recommend this place to ANYONE in the LA area who gets their hair colored. They're the best around.

After getting our hair done we headed to the movie theatres in La Verne on Foothill. We saw The Incredibles. Not a movie I was super interested in seeing, but Rob wanted to see it and it was the first thing showing. The movie itself was cute and I enjoyed it. The things before the movie (the previews and about twenty some ads for something called Bigg's Adventure) were annoying as hell. Even after twenty some ads being shoved at me, I'm not sure what that Bigg's Adventure thing is. Looks like it's about kids who make a hero machine, use it on their bratty brother, play around with bigfoot, and scare mice. It's even more annoying and weird than it sounds. The short before the movie about a naked sheep also blew. To be honest, the movie wasn't worth the crap I had to sit through before it.

After the movie we walked across the parking lot and had dinner at Chili's. I so wish there was one of those out near where we live. They're very yummy. When we were done with dinner we decided to check out a game store down the block that Kat and Marcelo had recommended to us. It's called Lionheart Games and it kicks a lot of ass. This store is even better than The Game Zone. The staff is super friendly, they have great stock, it's clean and well lit, and it doesn't have the body odor stink that most game stores do. It's definitely a place that Rob and I will be going back to. While we were there we picked up some expansions to Zombies!!!, some D&D minis, and Rob got the latest D&D book (The Complete Arcane).

When we were finished at the game store we headed home. Once again, Rob drove the entire way. He's getting to be a very good driver. And apparently, the traffic gods like him. A few minutes after we got home it started POURING out. We just beat the rain. When I asked him what he would have done had it started pouring when he was driving he answered "I think I would have wet myself". Our timing was so perfect avoiding the rain.

When we got home we watched The Iron Chef and just chilled out around the house. Now we're both on the business center computers because they're fast. He's doing Neopets and I'm about to start Neopets. That game is so addictive.

You Are the Stuffing
You're complicated and complex, yet all your pieces fit together. People miss you if you're gone - but they're not sure why.
