More Plumbing Problems

Gah!!!!! A few years ago (as you may or may not remember), we had some odd plumbing problems in the guest bathroom. Occasionally, (usually on Thursdays - sometimes every other Thursday) the sink, shower, and even toilet in the guest bathroom would overflow with soap bubbles and other grime. We would call maintanance whenever it happened and they would always stare at it for a little while and then leave. After about a year, it finally stopped happening.

Until this morning. This morning I got to find our bathroom (the master bathroom, not the guest one) sink filled with what looked to be soap bubbles and weird black flecks. It smelled like someone had crapped in our sink. And hey, it's a Thursday. *sigh* Looks like we'll get more fun with maintanance not having a clue what to do about it. I swear, we have more plumbing problems in this apartment (like when our kitchen sink spewed out nasty stuff and maggots, or when our shower spewed up feces, etc.) than I have ever had in any other place I lived. I really hope this can be fixed because it's just plain nasty (and probably not too healthy from the smell of it).

I don't know why we still live here (and I'm not just referring to the apartment). I'm so sick of LA. If I can find a job outside of LA, we're out of here. However, we can't move until one of us has a job lined up someplace else (ideally Milwaukee). Doing that would be really dumb especially with the job market. I need a job... and I need it to be far away from this hell hole of a city.

You scored as Romanticist. Romanticism encourages society to look backwards to find our solutions. Your rationale is that things were much better a few hundred years ago so we should thus look back to those times and replace them in our modern society. You believe in a simple life and that the complexities of the modern world have turned it upside down.
