Rob got off of work early today. He was able to head out around 3pm. Things were slow and his boss was bored. Woot!

When Rob was at work, my Mom and I worked on cleaning out part of the front hall closet. When Rob got home from work the three of us headed up to Northridge to a La-Z-Boy store. With the baby coming we could use a rocker, and wanted one that was comfy. We found a great one. Granted, it's super ugly, but when it's really comfortable who cares! I sat in it and for the first time in a long time my back and hips didn't hurt. Plus I kept dozing off in the chair so it might be something good to sleep in on the nights I'm having problems. Great comfy chair for the rest of pregnancy, and it will be nice to rock and feed the baby in. However, for those of you who will get to see it - you have been warned, it's ugly! It should be delivered on Friday.

From there we headed to Target in Woodland Hills. We had wanted to get a big storage chest, but while they had the chest they were out of lids. That really didn't make much sense at all. So, we'll check a different Target tomorrow. While we were there my Mom picked up a fish swing for Gabriel off of our registry. We then headed home and chilled out and got ready for the baby shower.

We headed up to Barone's for the baby shower. It was really cool and I'm very appreciative of everyone who was there. The people there were myself, Rob, my Mom, Mindy (who hosted the shower for me), Bryce, Julia, Carrie, and Flor. We played games, talked, ate pizza, and had fun. It was so nice to be able to see Mindy and Flor again! After dinner I got to open baby presents and we got some really cool things. Too much to post on here, but let's just say that I'm very happy with everything we got and Gabriel will probably love them. After the shower we headed home and I'm trying to get a few things done online before watching TV with my Mom and Rob.
