2006-02-01 3:18 PM Little Hatching Turtle Previous Entry :: Next Entry Mood: Excited Read/Post Comments (2) The calendar Rob and I bought for this year is a turtle one (last year it was weasels). I flipped over to the February picture last night and thought it was rather fitting that it's a little baby turtle hatching out of an egg. It's the only baby turtle picture in the entire calendar and it's for Gabriel's birth month. Too cute. Last night Rob and I were thinking of heading out to Sizzler, but then remembered that pretty much all of their side dishes are things I'm currently not allowed to eat. So, we headed to Picanha instead. It's one of the few places I know I can eat and have a decent number afterwords. I'm getting so sick of this diet and all of the meat, I can't wait until I can eat normally again. It's kind of weird, my Mom kept telling me that towards the end of the pregnancy I would want to keep Gabriel in because things are generally easier before he's born. That's so not the case. While I'd like him to wait until the 19th or 20th (when my Mom is in town) to come out, I'm more than ready to have him out here. When he's out here I have Rob to help share the responsibility of caring for him, I'll be able to be comfortable at night and to get some semblance of sleep when Gabriel sleeps, I'll be able to eat normally once again and not have to draw my blood several times a day, and best of all I'll have a son here! I don't know if it's just me, but personally, I'm at the point where I'd rather have him out than in. Granted, I'll miss feeling him kick and not having to worry about having my period, but still, I think a lot more good will come from him being out here. Anyway, after dinner we headed home, gamed for a bit, did some laundry, and went to bed. Today I'm doing more laundry and tonight after dinner I'll probably pack up for the hospital. Just 3 weeks until my due date. Wow. Gabriel is being born this month! ----------
Your hidden mythical body part is a mermaid's tail. You are calm and serene, the smoothness of the mermaid's tail and how it enables them to travel through water is like how you travel through life; smooth and successful at times. As the tail of a mermaid, you think that there's a restriction to whatever you do, you think theres a limit to everything. There is no sense of freedom in you. Not being able to run in the winds but only able to swim in the waters. Get out a bit more! There's still a whole world for you out there. Don't restrict yourself and allow yourself to make more friends. What is your hidden mythical body part?
