2006-05-18 10:31 AM Three Months Previous Entry :: Next Entry Mood: Stuffy Read/Post Comments (0) Yesterday was all about more laundry. I washed up all of the 3-6 month baby clothing. Last night we needed to take my car out for a run and so instead of just wasting the trip we went to Del Taco to get some food to bring home for dinner. When we got home we ate dinner, finished up the washing of the 3-6 month baby clothes, washed up the new sheets and mattress pad for Gabriel's new porta-crib, cleaned out the fridge, put together the porta-crib, packed away Gabriel's 0-3 month clothing, re-arranged the changing table, and watched the season finale of The Amazing Race. I'm not a big fan of television, but I have to say I actually really like that show. It's neat to see all the places I'd love to visit, but will probably never have the money or time to. Anyway, last night was rather busy so by bedtime I was more than ready to pass out. Gabriel slept in his porta-crib for the first time last night. He's in a porta-crib because he's getting too long for his bassinet and we don't have the room for a regular crib in our bedroom. This is yet another reason we need to move. So that Gabriel can have his own room with a real full size crib and the works for baby furnature. We just don't have the room here. Hell, we even have crap strewn about because we have no where else to put it. We need a bigger place and that place needs to have some decent storage space. So, Gabriel is spookily on schedule when it comes to his clothing. His 0-3 month clothing was getting a bit too short on him so today he's been switched over to the 3-6 month clothing. Yeah, it's somewhat big on him, but it's better than too small. So, the day he's switched into 3-6 month clothing? His 3 month birthday. Wow. He's three months old today. I can't believe it's been three months already. My little boy is getting bigger. And unfortunately I'm still somewhat in pain on occasion in the area of the incision (my belly above it is also still numb). Joy. ----------
