Iggy has (mostly) been saved. The squeaker in his head is now kind of demented sounding and some of the stitching on his chewey bits are starting to come loose, but for the most part Iggy is saved. Though he might now be a zombie Iggy.

For those of you not in the know, Iggy is Gabriel's favorite toy. It's a stuffed giraffe head with a squeaker in it and the body is a soft blanket (plush on one side and silky on the other). Iggy's "feet" are hard rubber things that Gabriel can chew on. Awhile back we told him if he was good for the day we'd buy him a toy. Well, he was good and this is the toy we bought him. We've decided to head to Babies R Us this weekend and see if they have any more in stock. If so, we're going to pick up a few spares because Gabriel was not happy when Iggy was in the wash. He kept screaming for his Iggy and wasn't happy until Iggy was back in his arms.

I don't know how, but somehow I managed to do all the laundry I needed to get done yesterday. It was 8 loads worth! That doesn't mean I don't have any that needs to be done today, it just means I'm not backlogged even with the bouncer seat and Gabriel's load needing to be done yesterday along with the sheets and all of our clothing. Whew.

Last night Rob and I stayed in, watched TV (the first half of So You Think You Can Dance and America's Got Talent), and gamed a bit.

So far this morning has been a bit rough. Gabriel started stirring at 7:25am and ten minutes later had a complete fit. It took around an hour to calm him down. I got to bed late last night so I'm once again exhausted today. I can't wait until it's bedtime.
