Not mine, Rob's. Last night Gabriel grabbed Rob's glasses and broke them. He goes for glasses a lot (and my hair) and happened to get a hold of Rob's and snap one of the sides off. It's not going to be able to be fixed. So, tonight we're going to have to head to the mall and get him some new glasses. He has vision insurance, but it won't cover the one hour places. So we can either use our vision insurance and he has no glasses for a few weeks (which is not acceptable considering he drives back and forth to work every day and is getting a headache without his glasses today) or we can go to a one hour place and only get a small AAA discount. *sigh* He needs them now, so it looks like we're gonna be paying for an eye exam and new glasses. Oh well, he's not mad at Gabriel and neither am I. Besides, his glasses are about five years old and he needs a new eye exam anyway. It just would have been better to do on our own timeframe.

Gabriel is not a solid food baby. He'll only eat solid food if he's not really hungry. If he's hungry he only wants his bottle. He's still liking the rice cereal a lot, but not much else. My new mission is to find some other food he likes as well.

I now have two hours of MCLE (self study) credits done. Oy. I only have 28 more to go before November. *sigh* I have no idea how I'm going to get those done. I can do half as self study things, but the rest need to be participatory. Which means I either need time to watch videos on the computer or to head to seminars. With a baby, neither is easy at all.

Last night we stayed in and gamed and played with Gabriel. We found if we make exploding animal noises (like a bear going "growl growl boom") he has a giggle fit. This kid fits in just fine with our weirdness factor.
