Six Weird Things About Me: 1. I'm a gamer. You all know that by now. I used to LARP, but now I just stick to table top like Dungeons and Dragons and Ravenloft. However, I have a weird thing about playing a standard race (human, elf, half-elf, dwarf, half-orc, etc.). I have no interest in it whatsoever. I've tried to play a standard race and have never really liked those characters. I dig templates. Give me a template for a character (half-dragon, half-fiend, half-celestial, lycanthrope, half-vampire, etc.) and I'll be a happy player. I pretty much won't play in a game if I have to play a standard race. I think that's why I don't play in any of the online games. 2. I absolutely hate talking on the phone unless it's either with my Mom or Rob. I don't know why, I just do. I'm horrible with returning phone calls (as probably every single one of my friends can attest to) and freak out if I have to call a stranger (as Rob can tell you). 3. I almost never walk barefoot, even inside. I will never ever go outside barefoot. That's just disgusting to me. And around the house I almost always wear slippers (with the possible exception of middle of the night bathroom runs). I don't know why, it's just a "thing". Barefoot = gross. 4. I hate parties or any social setting with a large group of people, especially when people I don't know are involved. I am fine in small groups when I know everyone. I won't go to parties because I hate them and am usually miserable at them. And in social groups I try to avoid settings where there are people I don't know. I just clam up and get uncomfortable. 5. I'm pretty sure that I'm part penguin. Anything over about 65 or so is uncomfortably hot to me. Anything over about 75 or so is unbearably hot. However, I have an amazing tolerance for cold. My ideal temp would be in the 50's. However, unless it's below 20 or so, I don't think it's even the slightest bit cold. 6. If I wasn't going into a profession like law, I would love to be one of those people who have their arms, legs, and back covered in tattoos. Not everywhere on my body, but a good portion of it. I like tattoos. I like the way they look and I like how they feel when I get them. However, my chosen line of work dictates that any and all tattoos I have need to be able to be concealed. Now I'm supposed to "tag" six people. I don't know if any of those I "tag" will do this, but I'll "tag" anyhow. Those of you who have been "tagged" are: Lisa Robert John Wanaki Pita Kat Read/Post Comments (2) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
