Last night we chilled out around the house. We ordered in Chinese food and I ran a game for Rob and he ran a small one for me.

Today Rob has off of work for the Thanksgiving holiday and doesn't have to be back until Monday (when he gets the joy of meeting his replacement... she's already been hired even though he has yet to give notice, nice eh?). However, we still needed to get up this morning for some errands. I had an 11am doctor's appointment at my allergy and asthma clinic. It was just a yearly routine checkup so that I could get my prescriptions (allergy pills, every day steroid inhaler, rescue inhaler for during attacks) refilled for the year. The appointment went a lot faster than I thought and so we were able to get to our next errand earlier than we thought.

After my doctor appointment we headed to the Lexus dealer. My car needed the five year service and a safety check in case it's driven and not shipped out to Wisconsin. It took about an hour and a half for the service to be done, but then we had to wait about a half hour for the car to be pulled around so that we could leave.

After my car was ready we headed back home. Damn, there's a lot of traffic out there. I don't think we'll be heading out again today.
