1. Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate? I really like them both, but would lean slightly towards a hot chocolate preference.

2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree? Santa hasn't been around here for awhile, but when he comes with presents for Gabriel I have a sneaking suspicion that they'll be wrapped.

3. Colored lights on tree/house or white? I much prefer colored lights.

4. Do you hang mistletoe? Nope.

5. When do you put your decorations up? Normally we put up a tree on Thanksgiving weekend. But because of the move we won't be doing a tree this year. *snifflewah*

6. What is your favorite holiday dish? Mashed potatoes.

7. Favorite Holiday memory as a child: My favorite memory is being at my Nana's with my parents and having her cook an amazing dinner and spending the night at her house. Then, the next day we'd see my other grandma (Ma). I think that's the one thing I miss the most as an adult.

8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? I don't remember how old I was or how it happened. I know at one point when I started to doubt it my parents hired a Santa to come to the house and prove me wrong. That made my belief last a few more years.

9.Do you open gifts on Christmas Eve? We usually open one gift each on Christmas Eve and then the rest on Christmas.

10. How do you decorate your Christmas Tree? Colored lights and ornaments. Non-breakable ornaments that the cats can't ruin.

11. Snow! Love it or Dread it? I haven't lived in a place with snow for 15 years. I'm moving to a place that has it in a few weeks and as long as it doesn't hamper the move, I'd say I'm looking forward to it.

12. Can you ice skate? Nope. I have very weak ankles and skates make my ankles collapse. Hurts like hell.

13. Do you remember your favorite gift? I don't know irf I have an all time favorite, I've gotten so many wonderful things. As a kid the one that stands out in my mind the most was a giant stuffed lynx that my parents got me. As an adult the one that stands out in my mind the most is an amazing three stone diamond ring that Rob got for me a few years ago.

14. What's the most important thing about the Holidays for you? Being able to see my Mom and spend some time at her house.

15. What is your favorite Holiday Dessert? Pumpkin pie.

16. What is your favorite holiday tradition? Driving to Dubuque with my Mom and seeing the light show in the park. I really hope we have the time to do that this year so that Gabriel can see it.

17. What tops your tree? In years past we've put Zero (the dog from Nightmare Before Christmas) on top of our tree.

18. What is your favorite Christmas/Holiday Song? Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, probably because I love the animated Rudolph so much.

19. Candy Canes! Yuck or Yum? Yum!

20. Fruit cake! Yuck or Yum? Yuck!
