Last night after work Rob took Amber to the vet's for her annual check up. She had a complete physical and her yearly shot. She's overweight, but otherwise in excellent health. She even managed to lose a pound since her appointment last year. They recommend keeping her on diet food until she loses more. We'll have to let her new caretakers know about that (though I'm sure it's pretty obvious by looking at her). I'm so glad we found someone able to take her in. A huge big thanks goes out to Pita for finding the person for us! You rock Pita!

After Rob got home we did some gaming and watched Survivor. Gabriel was once again fussy during the night so both Rob and I are very tired today. Oh, last night Gabriel got his step count (walking steps without holding onto anything before landing on his butt) to three. Before he had only been able to manage one or two steps. He's slowly learning how to walk. Yes, it's exciting and yes, we're doomed.
