Yesterday was Gabriel's birthday and we slowly gave him presents throughout the day so as to not overwhelm him. Mom cooked dinner and we had a cake with Elmo on it. He seemed to like the cake and the frozen custard that we gave him. We were a bit worried about all that sugar keeping him up all night, but the opposite happened. He fell asleep shortly after dinner and stayed asleep until around 3am!

Last night Rob showed me his account on Full Tilt Poker (an online interactive poker site) and taught me how to play. I tried a 90 person tournament and placed 5th! Not bad for a newbie who doesn't get the rules yet. I then made an account. I have a feeling I might be sneaking on the computer a lot more now. That site is addictive!

Today we headed back to our place and picked up some more of those bacon wrapped fillets at Blackhawk meats on the way home. That will be our dinner tonight. Yum.
