So today was filled with errands, which never seem to end around here. Guess we just end up with a lot of stuff that needs to get done. The other day we received our tax papers from our attorney and I looked them over this morning and noticed Gabriel wasn't listed as a dependant and had a few other questions. We put in a call to our attorney this morning, but got a call back from one of his associates when we were out. So we'll call him back tomorrow and try and get our taxes for this year settled once and for all so we can mail them in soon. When we headed out we made a run to the bank both to get some money out and to go into our safety deposit box to get Gabriel's social security number (the tax attorney will need it when we speak with him on the phone tomorrow) because we keep his social security card in our safety deposit box. We then headed to Menards to get some new lamps (the one in Gabriel's room is about to die and we don't have one in the loft) and some stuff to clean out our garbage disposal. When we tried to put Gabriel in the shopping cart he had a fit. His fit promptly stopped in the lighting section of the store as my baby went all moth like and tripped out on starting at all of the lights. He used to be a moth when he was really little as well and loved to stare at the living room lamp. By the time we left the store he was loving riding in the cart and was just chilling out. So when we took him out of the cart and put him in his carseat he had another fit. *sigh* From there we headed to Babies R Us. We needed a "baby cage". It's pretty much a fence you put up indoors to give the baby a safe place to run around in. We have it up in the loft so Gabriel can play safely up here. He seems to like it so far. We also picked up a stuffed lion for him since yesterday he turned 13 months. After our errands we grabbed dinner to bring home with us. Heroes is on another hiatus so we gamed and did laundry while Gabriel happily watched some of his Elmo DVDs. Oh, and as a bit of an update on Gabriel's vocabulary he now says "uh-oh" (which is usually when he drops something or poops) and "cookie". ----------
