Today it was back to Criminal Law. I read through the MBE materials and then took my notes from the MBE Criminal Law lectures and made up notecards. It took a long time, but I was able to get all of Criminal Law outlined onto notecards. I found out in law school that making notecards and using those to study is the best way for me to learn. I finished up with my bar studies around 5:30pm today and by the time I was done I was tired, my neck hurt, and my brain was numb.

*cries* I did this all once, why do I have to do it again? I really think that if you can pass the California or New York bar then you should get a waiver on any other state's bar. No one should have to go through that hell again.

Mmmmm. Capri Sun. Fruit Punch. Love it.

After studying it was time to head out. We made a stop off at the game store. None of this months books are in yet, but I was able to pick up some cool dice that I don't yet have and get some card sleeves (I was able to find a deal on the out of print Ravenloft Spellfire card game online recently and now I need to protect them). We also made a stop at an office supply store to get a binder. From there we grabbed sandwiches at Subway and Chai at Starbucks to bring home with us for dinner.

Tonight we opened and organized some of my new Ravenloft Spellfire cards (the ones I don't use for collection purposes will be used for playing), bathed the Poopchuck, and are just futzing around now hoping that Gabriel will soon fall asleep.
