Well, I now know why I've been getting those damn headaches behind my eyes again. I woke up this morning with yet another sinus infection. I had the tail end of a lingering cold for the past few weeks. Nothing bad, just a constant runny nose. My trip to the vet's office set my allergies off something fierce and it looks like the combo of those set of another sinus infection. I can't take antibiotics for it, so I'll be doing some homeopathic remedies until it goes away on it's own.

I hate sinus infections, they make my life miserable. All I want to do is sleep. I'm constantly tired. When I sleep the headache and pressure goes away, but I keep waking up not being able to breathe because the mucus goes into my throat and makes a nice little seal. I wake up not breathing and trying to gasp through the mucus layer. When I'm not laying down, everything rushes back into my head and the headache comes back. I just can't win.

We spent all of today inside. We got another bad snow storm today and the plow hasn't come by. We really don't need anymore snow. Not counting today's snowfall (which was supposed to be around another 6 inches or so) the snow in front of our apartment (the stuff on the grass, not the piles the snowplow has made) comes up over my knee. The piles the snowplow has made are taller than I am. Oh well, at least it's pretty. And I really can't complain about the temps.

So, we just chilled out around the house today. Any errands and the like can wait a day. We watched my old VHS tape of Waxwork 2 and also Tales From The Crypt Presents Demon Knight. Rob had never seen any of them. It took us awhile to get the damn VCR to work and for awhile there we thought it was broken. Turns out, Gabriel had put a D-10 and a bottle cap in there. *sigh* After the movies I bathed the Poopchuck.

You Should Have a Blue Christmas Tree
For you, the holidays represent a time of calm, understanding, and peace.
You avoid family fights, and you don't get too stressed out - even when things are crazy!

You like to make Christmas about making everyone's life a little bit better.
You don't get caught up in greed or commercialism. You're too sincere for that.

Your blue tree would look great with: Lots of silver tinsel

You should spend Christmas Eve watching: It's a Wonderful Life

What you should bake for Santa: Chocolate chip cookies
