I forgot to mentioned in my last entry that on Sunday it hit -35 outside. Yes, that's right, -35. This weather is getting ridiculous.

It's snowing out today again. We really don't need any more snow, but we're getting it. It's a mess out there.

Yesterday was the day from hell. My fever spiked to 104 at one point and I was super sick. While it's not easy taking care of a 2 year old when super sick, it's even more difficult when you have to spend an hour cleaning up feces. That's right, we had a poopsplosion yesterday. A big one. I had to clean the walls, carpet, furniture, Gabriel's clothes, the changing table pad, etc. There was more poop that escaped than there was in the diaper. Poopsplosions are disgusting enough on their own, but they're horrific when you're sick.

The cherry on the top of my bad day was a flooded kitchen (after I cleaned up the water I couldn't find out where it came from and it didn't happen again) and Sydney deciding to throw some cat puke into the mix. *sigh*

I'm still sick today and I'm absolutely exhausted to boot. I would give anything to just crawl into bed. Gabriel's not sick which is a very good thing, but that also means he's running around all over the place and keeping me on my feet.

I need sleep. I need rest. I need to just lay down. I need to get the sickies out of my system so I can function. And it really needs to stop snowing!
