Yesterday my mom headed out of my place a little before 3pm and headed home. *snifflewah* I miss her. Gabriel flipped out when she left and spent the rest of the day screaming for her. Luckily for me, he's somewhat more calm about it today.

Last night Rob bathed the Poopchuck and we watched The Apprentice and LA Ink.

Wasn't yesterday supposed to be the first day of spring? Because if so, I think our state missed the memo. There's currently a blizzard raging outside. Last night when I went to bed, there wasn't any snow on the ground. Now everything is covered in snow and it's snowing so hard that I can't see the place across the street. Hell, I can barely see the tree that's right outside our balcony window. We're supposed to get 16 inches today. Spring, my ass.

What really sucks is that I need to head out in this mess later today. I have to go to the bank to make a deposit and I have to get to the post office to mail out bills and our rent that are both due soon. Walking in this on a cane is going to suck. We'll probably head out asap once Rob gets home from work.
