Nana's still in the Virginia (yuck). She's in good health but is rather unhappy with the slop they call food around there and with the service level of the staff. Seriously, how hard is it for a nurse to come and help someone in a *reasonable time* when called?

The bright side is that it's looking like she might be able to move back to Sterling House at some point in August. That place is nice and has great food and a great staff. It's so nice that I used to tease my Nana that I'd like to move in there as well. The food there is AMAZING.

My uncle Kim is going to be smuggling in some food for her while she's at the Virginia so she eats. I would also refuse the crap they're trying to feed her. Even the slop on Big Brother looks more appetizing than some of the things I've seen them try to pass off as food. A bologna sandwich with ONE piece of meat on white bread? Ew. Most things are covered in a thick white sauce. Double ew. I don't blame her for not wanting to eat it.

Oh, she's also become the ringleader for a Brewers fan club at the Virginia. 96 years old and still fiesty. I can only hope I look as good as she does and have my wits about me like she does if I hit that age!
