All in all, the long weekend was rather nice. Nothing amazing was done, mostly just errands and the like, but it was great getting to spend some time with Rob. We don't get to spend much time together anymore and I know it's only going to get worse when I start working, so I really like being able to have the occasional long weekend with him.

Sunday night we watched Lost Boys: The Tribe. My first reaction when I had found out that a Lost Boys sequel was coming out was a groan and an eyeroll. Lost Boys does not need a sequel, especially not this one. The movie had a horrible script and even worse acting. As a sequal to Lost Boys, it's horrid. However, as a bad "B" vampire movie, it's somewhat enjoyable. If you rent this, I recommend that you think of it as a "B" vampire movie and NOT as a Lost Boys follow up.

Oh, and do watch the alternate endings. Now THAT would have been a great idea for a sequel!

Monday I got some sleep and then we headed out to Baskin Robbins to get some ice cream for lunch. I really liked the Tropical Ice. We then headed to Dunkin Donuts and grabbed a dozen donuts for the week. We made a Starbucks run, picked up take out from the Olive Garden for dinner, and then headed home.

After dinner we let Gabriel watch some of his DVDs and we worked on making up a new character for the table top game. Time for a change.
