Yesterday my Mom and I drove around a bit and looked at the outside of some condos that she liked. We grabbed lunch at McDonald's and then headed to visit with my Nana for awhile. We stayed there for about two hours and Gabriel was fairly well behaved. When we were done there she took me to see my grandfather's grave (I didn't know where it was - he died less than two months before I was born) and then we went to Culver's to grab some chocolate frozen custard for Gabriel. He loved it.

We then came home for the rest of the day. Rob brought Chinese food home for dinner and bathed the Poopchuck. We watched the finale of America's Next Top Model and Stylista.

My Mom hung around here until noonish (when Rob came home for lunch) and then took off for home. Rob stayed here for about a half hour and then went back to work. So, it's just Gabriel and I around the house once more.

I'm still not doing too well, but I'm better than I was on Monday. I'm still super dizzy and somewhat out of it, but the headaches and feeling of pressure in my head only happen when it's time for my meds. My body aches also only tend to come when it's time for my meds. Unfortunately (not as if I needed any other issues) I have a sty in my lower right eye that's bugging the crap out of me. I also got my period yesterday (in full force) even though I was still on the active birth control pills and wasn't due until Friday. Because, you know, with the dizziness from my head problem I needed added dizziness from my period. Gah.

The doctor said it would take around a month for me to get back to normal. Luckily, I'm only on my own for half of today and all of tomorrow. Then I have Rob's help on the weekend and only have to go it alone on Monday and Tuesday of next week (he has off Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for Thanksgiving).

Oh, Gabriel is a sweetie. He knows I'm sick and even told a stuffed animal "sshhhh, my mommy's sick". I love that little guy more than I can ever even say.
