Gabriel did it! He made pee pee in the potty!!!

This morning when he woke up, his diaper was completely dry. So, he was immediatly put on the potty. After awhile he had some dribbles and wanted to get off the potty and put his diaper back on. We kept telling him to just do it there and he would get a present. Eventually, he made pee pee on the potty! We cheered him on and he seemed happy about it and he got his present.

He has a thing for "The Littlest Pet Shop" toys, especially the stuffies. So, we have a ton of those stuffies around the house for presents for when he does something really good. He did pee pee in the potty, and so he got a stuffed Littlest Pet Shop cow. He calls it his pee pee cow. I think pee pee cow is its name.

The next step is getting him to tell us when he wants to pee pee, and asking us to take him to the bathroom to do so. When he does that, he'll get another present. When we explained this to him he told us he wanted the Pet Shop squirrel. We told him if he does that, he'll get the squirrel and we'll take him out for ice cream. So, we'll see if he leads us to the potty and goes. Either way, he did his first pee pee on the potty and I'm so proud.

One step towards being diaper free. I can't wait until he does his poop on the potty as well.
