2009-04-11 10:15 PM Gabriel Has A Girlfriend Previous Entry :: Next Entry Mood: Happy Read/Post Comments (0) Yesterday Rob had a half day off from work. He got home around 12:30pm and after doing some things around the house we all headed out to lunch at Fuddrucker's. After lunch we went to the laundromat to get our warm weather quilt washed up. Our cold weather one was getting much too warm. While we were at the laundromat Gabriel met a little girl named Mary. They played together, hugged a lot (she didn't want to let go), ran around holding hands, and he even kissed her! They got along amazingly well and are very close in age (she's only 4 months younger). I doubt they'll be going to the same school down the road, but they will be in the same grade. Rob and I talked with her Mom and Aunt and we exchanged phone numbers and e-mail addies to see if we can have them get together for play dates down the road. That would be fantastic. They got along amazingly well and Gabriel could use some friends his age since he's not in day care. I wouldn't mind the adult interaction. After the laundromat we grabbed take out for dinner from Denny's and came home. We watched Class of Nuke Em High Part 2 and headed to bed shortly thereafter. Today was our normal errands day. We went to Toys R Us to pick up the new Yo Gabba Gabba DVD and also ended up getting Gabriel some other toys as well. He is so spoiled. We then picked up some foodage at Fresh Market and grabbed my asthma script from the drug store. We made a run home to put stuff away and then went back out for more errands. We did our main grocery store run at Pick N Save and I picked up my OTC allergy meds at another drug store. We dropped all that off at home and then headed out one final time to get take out from PF Chang's for dinner. Tonight we gamed and let Gabriel have a DVD festival. Elmo in Grouchland is currently on and he's dancing and spinning in circles to Huxley's "Mine" song. He's done this five or six times already. ----------
