My Pepperdine law school days are haunting me... and on the Colbert Report no less! Oh Stephen Colbert, why do you bring this into my life?
Back in Pepperdine I had a professor that Lisa remembers all too well. "Uncie Doug" Kmiec. "Uncie Doug" was our 1L Real Property professor during our first semester at Pepperdine. He was also the man who gave me the worst grade I have ever received in my entire life (just one point above failing). Sad to say, but that was not the lowest grade in the class.
And last night I found him as the guest on the Colbert Report...
