So-So

I haven't had much to post about recently. Short, one liners have been over on Twitter. But when my days are watching Gabriel, doing the laundry, looking for jobs, and sometimes getting a resume out - well, there's not much to post about that anyone would be interested in reading. So, since on the weekends I actually have a semi-life, at least I have something to post about now.

Friday night we watched the Netflix DVD of The Haunting In Connecticut. It was actually pretty good and was very creepy.

Saturday was our usual day of errands. We grabbed lunch at Arby's and then picked up my asthma medication at the drug store. We then went to the grocery store for our main shop of the week. After coming home and putting groceries away we headed out to grab dinner from Buca di Beppo. I just wanted salad, and so I got one of their small caesar salads. Yum.

Saturday night we worked on making up a new D&D character (human sorcerer) for the tabletop game that Rob runs for me.

Sunday we decided to track down the Streetza truck. We found them at a hurling game in a park. I got a slice of pepperoni and sausage and Rob got a slice of sausage and veggie. On my god, their pizza is SO good! I heart Streetza. Unfortunately, Satellite Crepes seems to not be out and about on Sunday. Meh.

We then came back to our neck of the woods and made a Walmart run. We picked up some bandaids for Gabriel (with the burn he got recently, we're running out), some pool water wings and a floatie for Gabriel (just to have on hand in case we need them), and Gabriel also ended up getting a black Spiderman action figure and a G-Force gerbil action figure.

We headed to Peony for dim sum take out and then came back home to watch Big Brother.
