Saturday morning I had a salon appointment. I got my hair trimmed and did the same color, only this time I had a few white blonde highlights put into it. I love how it looks now and having the white blonde highlights masks any white that's coming in these days. Nice.

While I was at my hair appointment, Rob took Gabriel over to the pediatrician's office so that he could get his H1N1 shot. This time, we remembered to give him a dose of Tylenol before the shot. And he wasn't fussy for the rest of the day! Yay! So, Gabriel was finally able to get the H1N1 shot. Big sigh of relif there. Now I need to wait until my doctor gets them in. I'm asthmatic, diabetic, and have a compromised immune system, so I'm hoping I get one soon.

When I got home from the salon, Rob and Gabriel were already back home and Gabriel showed me his daffy duck bandaid over his "owie boo boo". We then headed out on errands.

We went to Fresh Market for some food stuffs and then to the drug store so I could pick up my asthma and blood pressure scripts. We made a run home and then headed back out to Walgreens and Pick N Save for some drug store items and our main food shop of the week.

For dinner we grabbed take out from Red Lobster (mmmmm, crab legs) and headed back home to do some gaming.

On Sunday we decided it was time to actually get a printer. It's a pain in the ass not being able to print anything out at home. So, we first headed to Sam's Club to check out what they had. Nothing seemed interesting. So, we headed to Best Buy and found a Canon printer that we liked there. We got it, some paper, and some extra black ink. When we came back home, Rob worked on getting it set up and connected to our wireless network. Yay! Printer!

Later on, we made a run to Babies R Us to pick up a new lock for the freezer (our other one had broken). We have kid proof locks on both the fridge and the freezer so that Gabriel can't just grab things out of there. We learned this the hard way when he took out a carton of eggs, smashed them on the kitchen floor, and rolled around in them.

We decided to get Red Lobster take out for dinner again (mmmmm, more crab) and then headed home to watch The Amazing Race.

Right now I'm trying to get some stuff done online while Gabriel is playing on his computer. I'm also washing up all of Gabriel's loads of laundry.
