On Friday night, we had a rather large scare. Sydney still thinks he's a kitten, but in reality he's fifteen years old. He was up in the loft and walking along the railing and he slipped and fell off - all the way down onto the living room floor. That fall is about ten to fifteen feet down. He landed on his butt and back legs. I panicked. I knew he was alive because he ran into the bedroom and hid under our bed, but I didn't know how badly injured he was. We got him to come out from under the bed and he seemed fine. I felt him all over to make sure he didn't show any pain and he was moving around just fine. He didn't seem to be in pain, he could walk, he could run, and he could jump so it looked like we didn't need to make a trip to the animal ER.

It's now three days later and he's just fine. Thank god. I don't know what I'd do if something happened to him. I've had him since college and there are times that he's been the only thing I had in my life and the only one there for me. He's my furbaby and is a family member. Luckily, he's just fine and doesn't seem to have injuries from the fall.

Friday night we also watched our Netflix DVD of Sherlock Holmes. It was okay. Pleasant to watch as a rental, but nothing special.

Saturday we did our usual errands. We grabbed lunch at Wendy's and then made a stop at GNC and Babies R Us. We dropped that stuff off at home and then headed back our for our main grocery shop of the week at Pick N Save.

Saturday night we got take out from Mo's Irish Pub and wrapped up our current D&D game (Elisabeta). We then worked on the character sheet for my new character (Isabelle).

Sunday we grabbed lunch at Culver's, made an ATM run, and cashed in all of the coins in our zebra pig bank. We got about eighty bucks out of it.

We then made a run to the Fresh Market to pick up stuff to cook for dinner.

Sunday night we made dinner, started the new D&D game, and watched the season finale of The Celebrity Apprentice. I think the right person won and I've been rooting for that person since the begining of the show. In case people haven't seen it yet, I don't want to put a spoiler up.

I'm excited. A week from today a super close friend of mine is flying into town. I haven't seem him for more than three years, so I'm beyond excited that I'll be able to see him again!
