Yesterday morning was rough. As soon as Gabriel woke up, he began to throw up. This happened about every hour until mid-afternoon. It didn't matter if there was food in his tummy or not, he still would throw up.

When Rob got home (around 1:30pm) we desperately needed to make our main grocery store trip of the week, but Gabriel was too sick to go out. Mom offered to watch him while we did our shop, and so we headed out to Pick N Save. When we got home, she headed out and went back home.

Rob and I decided to stay in last night, Gabriel was in no condition to leave the house, and so we ordered in dinner for ourselves and I made Gabriel some Goldfish chicken soup and some crackers for dinner. I also mixed some ginger ale with unflavored pedialyte for his drink. As the night went on, Gabriel got better and stopped throwing up.

By the time we went to bed, the little guy was exhausted, but better. We had a towel under him in case he started throwing up again, but he slept through the night with no further problems (other than the occasional waking up and being fussy).

Things are back to normal around here today. Gabriel's doing much better and is his usual spazzy self, Rob's at work, and I'm at home with Gabriel.
