Gabriel had his five year checkup today. He even had an eye exam (it was required on the Kindergarten doctor's form). His eyes are fine and everything else checked out fine as well. He's still short and skinny (only 35 pounds), but he's always been that way.

Everything checked out fine and I was able to get his Kindergarten doctor's forms filled out. Now I just need to get the dental form filled out and everything will be set.

He also got three booster vaccines today. No whining, no crying, no sign of pain. He just took them and was happy to get the bandaids.

He was great both for the doctor and the nurse.
