I am sitting in front of the TV watching the superbowl. I am also online, watching Paul watch the game as well. Occasionally the cats will make an appearance on the web cam. I have been in the apartment for 3 days now, and am still getting used to all the new noises. I feel like a mouse, living on the floor. I have the TV on the floor next to the airbed. The alarm clock is propped up on an empty box, and my laptop is on my lap. Our stuff comes on Friday, but then poor Paul will be stuck in Albany with nothing.

I like the apartment so far. Everything here is new. It is almost as if no one has lived here, which must be close to true as the complex is only a year old. I have enjoyed the weekend, and tried to relax a bit. I have done a bit of reading, and chatting with my family and friends online. I love the webcam. I can see people, and that makes it a little easier to be here. I am a little homesick now that I am all alone. Although the peace and quiet is rather nice.

So I have 5 days until Paul comes to visit. I can’t wait to see him. I can’t wait to share some of this new stuff with someone.
