HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!!! Mom, I love you, and I wish I could be there this weekend too.

My sister is visiting my mom this weekend. And aparently she is having bad weather too. It was cold and wet when I was there. I can almost sympathize. It's supposed to be in the mid 50's here tonight. That would be a 30 degree plummet. And yes, we have yet another severe thunderstorm warning tonight. I must admit, I love the storms here, they are fascinating. (Except at 3am when I am trying to sleep!)

On another note...it seems there are more restaurants in Frisco then people. This weeks adventures were BBQ places. Not bad, but I still think Brooks BBQ in Oneonta is better. (Paul agrees.) Its a good thing we can get the bbq sauce online!

And yes, I have been happily spending my evenings playing FFX. I also purchased Gauntlet. I would like to play the new Bond game too, but I will probably rent it. Too many games, not enough time! My list so far: FFX, Gauntlet, Anancronox, Baldurs Gate 2, Throne of Darkness, Galactic Battlegrounds, Wheel of Time, Record of Lodoss War, Grandia 1 and 2, and Darkstone. Phew!

Well, I am off to sort through some work papers, then watch the Star Wars fan films on the Sci-fi channel. Hosted by Kevin Smith. Should be fun!
