First, Happy Birthday Mom!!!! Yesterday was Mom's bday. Hope you had a good one!

I am so glad it is Sunday. I went through the entire day yesterday thinking I had to go to work today. I love it when that happens. It is so much better then thinking I have tomorrow off, only to be disappointed that I have to get up early. And I am doing one of those shameful no-no's for pregnant women, completely enjoying a cup of cafe caramel coffee. And yes, it is caffeinated. (And boy is it GOOD!) I needed that today, sleep was not on the agenda last night, so I am still a bit groggy.

Yesterday was a good and bad day. Good because I got all my Thank You cards written. (My work shower was Wednesday.) Bad because neither Paul nor myself were really feeling great, so we spent most of the day in bed. Paul had fun playing Magic online, and he beat me soundly. We both have theme decks, and his is really tough to beat. He then went on to try one of the tournament games, and HE got beaten soundly. It was fun though. It was better then just lying around in bed all day. Thank goodness for laptops. I love the ability to be anywhere in my apartment and still be online. Right now, I am typing from bed.

In other news, my work shower was a lot of fun. The shower was not a surprise, but they did surprise me with a few other things. First, they had Paul there. I didn't even know he was in the building until I walked in the room. That was really great. Also, they made me a beauty queen type sash, and a veil to wear for the duration of the shower. There were so many people there! We got lots of great stuff, and stuff we really needed. I think we have all the basic necessities now. I just need to find places for everything!

Today will be another rest day for me. I plan on playing Syberia, its an awesome game. Paul will be studying all day, he has an assignment due soon, and would like to get it done as soon as possible, just in case we have any early trips to the hospital! As of today, we are officially “full-term” so the baby could come any time. We still have almost 3 weeks to the official due date though. So hopefully, Paul will have time to get everything done.
