We have furniture. The last piece was delivered yesterday. We now have a living room set which includes a chair, ottoman, sofa/sleeper,2 lamps, 2 end tables and a coffee table. We also have a dining room table and chairs. It is very strange. It now is starting to feel less like an apartment, and more like a home. The chair and sofa are denim. I love it. Very comfy. And the sofa is a sleeper, so no more lumpy futon for those visitors staying overnight. The cats love it.

In other news, the weekend was far too short. We had to move all of our old stuff into its new place before the new stuff was delivered. That took Saturday morning. All but the sofa was delivered saturday afternoon. Sunday was the sofa, and gaming. We played Diablo 2 until the wee hours. Today Jade has been sick, so Paul and I have been cuddling and reading to her all day. She is still a bit too warm for my liking, but much better then this afternoon. I am sure she will be back to her normal self very soon.

One side note on the 4th of July in Texas. There is one great benefit to the landscape here. It is flat. I stood on the back porch on Saturday night and watched 4 different fireworks displays. Very cool.
